Delivery Information
Delivery times
Your order will be delivered within 10 working days. Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is to ensure the goods are delivered and received correctly. If you can’t be there to sign for delivery and your order qualifies, you may be able to provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process for our drivers to leave the item(s) with a neighbour or in some other safe place. Otherwise, remember you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friend's address, etc.
Note: If your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may be made separately.
UK Postage and Packing
Postage and packaging costs are calculated and shown as and when the address details are input. Costs are based on the item amount before any applicable discount or deduction (e.g. Create and Craft Club discount) has been subtracted. The following is a breakdown of Create and Craft postage and packing costs (UK Only):
- Single item under £25.00, P&P £4.99
- Single item £25.00 and over, P&P £5.99
Please note: These P&P charges apply to the majority of purchases, but there may be exceptions, such as for heavier items or more expensive items where higher P&P charges apply.
Multi-Line P&P
Multi-line P&P rates are applicable to all items purchased from Create and Craft.
- Single item, use P&P costs as above
- Two items, £6.99
- Three items or more, £7.99
Postage and Packing outside the UK
Postage costs can vary depending upon your country of residence; see the table below for details of delivery costs to areas outside the UK.
