Membership Renewals

When will I receive my magazine?

When you join, you will receive the next printed edition of the magazine when it is published. You may also receive the current issue (subject to stock availability) although this, and previouse issues, are available to members to view online. Magazines are printed on a regular basis, generally quarterly.

What should I do if I have not received my club badge?

We're sorry you haven't received your badge. This should have been included in your Welcome Pack. If you contact us, we will do our best to ensure you receive one. Please note that you do not receive a new badge on renewal of your membership.Contact Us.

How does my 10% Discount work?

Your membership entitles you to 10% discount on all orders* for craft products placed online through the Create and Craft website. Please note, however, that you are not entitled to 10% off postage and packaging costs.

*There may be some exclusions, which we will tell you about, such as when a product is subject to a separate promotion.

How do I use my £10 Account Credit?

You are entitled to a £10 credit (valid for 3 months) on your account when you join the Create and Craft Club. You can use this credit voucher to purchase any craft item available on the website, by placing an order online, through the IVR system or over the telephone, or using our mobile applications. Please note that for new members, there may be a 24-hour delay before you can redeem your credit voucher, and you will need to have added products costing at least £10 to your basket before the £10 credit will be applied to your account. Your credit voucher cannot be used against postage and packaging costs or against another membership of the Create and Craft Club.

You are entitled to a £10 credit each year your membership is renewed.

How do I get an Exclusive Club Gift?

Exclusive Club Gifts will be advertised in the Members Area on our website and in the Craft Club magazines. Simply add the item to your basket as you would with a normal order, or order over the telephone, through the IVR system or using our mobile applications and just pay the postage and packing cost at the checkout. Please note that each Club Gift is limited to one per member. Members Area.

I'm already a member and this doesn't finish until later in the year. Can I purchase this now and activate it when my current membership ends?

You can't buy new membership until 21 days before your current membership runs out.

Will you remind me when my membership needs renewing?

Yes, we will send you a renewal email and/or a letter (if you don't have an email address), approximately 21 days before your membership is due to lapse. If you have agreed to auto-renewal and you do not notify us that you do not wish to renew your membership, we will renew your membership automatically on each anniversary of the date you joined the Club. If you have not agreed to auto-renewal of your membership, your membership will lapse unless you agree to renew this.
