Q1. Have you always been creative?
Yes ever since I can remember, I used to do all different crafts with my Mum.
Q2. What is the first thing you can recall making as a child and who was it for?
I can remember making a table mat at school on aida fabric - and it was for my Mum
Q3. What did you want to be when you ‘grew up’?
I wanted to have my own shop, maybe it would have been a craft shop!
Q4. Why/when did you decide you could make a living out of crafting?
When Hayley started Dreamees in 2010.
Q5. Do you have any other hobbies?
Q6. What craft item can you not live without?
Q7. If you were stranded on a desert island and could only take 5 items, what would they be – and why?
Scissors, my favourite craft CD, my laptop, printer and lots of paper/card
Q8. What’s your biggest ambition in life?
Just to be happy in what I do, and make others happy too.
Q9. What’s been the highlight of your crafting life so far?
Appearing on Create and Craft with my wonderful daughter, Hayley.
Q10. Any advice for beginners?
I would say start with a small kit and then progress a little at a time and always use quality products.
