Log in and Register
We have changed the way you log in to your account
Instead of logging in with your customer number, you will now be able to create a memorable password to access your account. If you are an existing customer, you will need to upgrade your account. Click on login and follow the instructions on screen.These will then be used in the same way to access your account in the future.
How do I register?
Registering with us will make your online visits to createandcraft.tv much quicker and easier. To begin the registration process, click on login at the top left hand side of your screen. If you are a new customer, you then need to create an account by providing us with your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment information. You will then receive an email from Ideal World containing your password, which will enable you to access your account quickly and easily on every visit.
How do I log in to my account on createandcraft.tv?
Once you've registered with us, you'll be able to log in to createandcraft.tv at any time. Just click the Login link at the left of your screen and enter your email address and password (exactly as emailed to you when you first registered). Logging in makes placing an order even faster and easier than usual, as your delivery details will already be filled in. While logged-in, you can change any of these details as well as any other addresses or details you may have entered previously.
How do I change my personal details?
Once you've registered with us, you will be able to update and change your personal information. Simply click Login or Register and enter your email address and password. You will then be able to access and change your details, delivery address, payment details and billing address.
