InFirst is an automated service that makes ordering quick and simple. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions which will take you through the Ideal World ordering process.

You can order anything you see on Ideal World via InFirst, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so long as we still have it in stock.

To use InFirst, all you will need are your Ideal World membership number, a touch-tone phone and a credit or debit card.

If your number is withheld, or we don't recognise your number, you can still use InFirst as you always have, by logging on using your membership number and PIN.

InFirst saves you time on the phone!

If InFirst recognises your telephone number, you will no longer have to enter your membership number and PIN.

Please check that we have your correct phone number by logging on to InTouch and clicking on 'My Details'. Here, you can check or update your phone number and other data.

If your number is withheld, or we don't recognise your number, you can still use InFirst as you always have, by logging on using your membership number and PIN.

e-Wallet makes ordering from InFirst quicker and easier!

You will also be able to use our e-Wallet option, where you can store your preferred credit or debit card details securely.
