The homepage

The homepage is the starting point of your online shopping experience with Create and Craft. From this page, you can browse through our entire range by selecting the product category you're interested in. The homepage also contains links to our pick of the day products, best sellers and special offers, as well as customer services/information pages. You can also watch our television shows, by clicking on Watch Us Live. For more information, see Accessing Our TV Channel Broadband Stream.At any point, you can return to the homepage by clicking the ‘home’ link at the top of the page or the Create and Craft logo.

How do I search for products?

There are several ways of finding products on Create and Craft. You can browse products from the last 48 hours of TV shows, click on a category, search for specific products or visit our Brand Shop.

Browse

Each time you select a category from the homepage, you will be shown a list of relevant sub-categories and criteria that you can select for further browsing.

Search

You can also search for products by name, brand or product number. Just enter the type of product (e.g. decoupage, glitter or cricut) or the brand name (e.g. Crafters companion, Sixiz or Craft) into the Product Search box and we'll return all of the products which match your chosen word. Entering a valid product number into this search field will take you straight to that product.

How do I register?

Registering with us will make your online visits to Ideal World much quicker and easier. To begin the registration process, click on Login at the left hand side of your screen. If you are a new customer, click the Login link at the left hand side of your screen, then click Join Now. You then need to create an account by providing us with your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment information. You will then receive an email from Ideal World, containing your password, which will enable you to access your account quickly and easily on every visit.

How do I log in to my account on Create and Craft?

Once you've registered with us, you'll be able to log in to createandcraft.tv at any time. Just click the Login link at the left hand side of your screen and enter your email address and password (exactly as emailed to you when you first registered). If you've forgotten your password, contact our Customer Services team. See Contact Us for details.

Logging in makes placing an order even faster and easier than usual, as your delivery details will already be filled in. While logged-in, you can change any of these details as well as any other addresses or details you may have entered previously.

To ensure you can use and access all areas of the website, we recommend adjusting your browser settings as follows:

  To turn JavaScript on for Internet Explorer:
  1. From the Tools menu, choose Internet options
  2. Select the Security tab and choose Internet zone Custom level
  3. Scroll down the page until you find Scripting
  4. The first sub-heading is Active scripting, make sure the button labelled Enabled is selected
  5. Click OK, then OK again and select the Refresh button in the browser bar at the top of your screen.

  1. From the Tools menu, choose Options
  2. Select the Content tab, then select the Enable JavaScript tick box

  3. Check the 'Enable Javascript' option

Accessing our TV Channel broadband stream

Ideal World broadcast 24 hours a day from our studios in Peterborough, UK. We offer a variety of download speeds for both low speed broadband user and higher. Unfortunately, this stream is not suitable for traditional telephone modem connections. To view the stream, click on the Watch TV Now link on the left hand side of this web page. In order to use our stream, Flash Player is required and can be downloaded here. You may notice a delay when the stream is starting. This is normal as your PC is connecting to our stream and then buffers several seconds of content to keep the connection as smooth as possible. If you persistently encounter problems accessing our stream, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be able to advise you of any potential issues.
